Claristation Studio Privacy Policy

Claristation Studio ("Claristation Studio", the "Service", or "Studio") is an authentic marketing tool operated by Weverson Mamédio ("we", "us"). Claristation Studio helps founders draft, illustrate, and publish marketing posts to TikTok. You can reach us at support@claristation.com.

• TikTok account information. When you connect TikTok, we receive your TikTok open_id, username, display name, and avatar URL via the Login Kit OAuth flow. We never receive your TikTok password.
• OAuth tokens. A TikTok access token and refresh token are stored encrypted at rest so we can publish posts on your behalf. You can revoke them at any time by disconnecting your account inside Studio.
• Post content you create. Briefs you type, captions we draft for you, generated images, and the resulting TikTok post identifiers.
• Operational logs. Standard request logs (timestamp, route, status code) used to debug failures. These don't include post bodies or tokens.

• To draft, render, and publish marketing posts at your direction.
• To call the TikTok Display API, Login Kit, and Content Posting API on your behalf for the scopes you authorized (video.publish, user.info.basic).
• To investigate and fix failures.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your TikTok content to train models. We do not advertise to you inside Claristation Studio.

• TikTok — receives the post content you publish through Claristation Studio, under TikTok's own privacy policy.
• OpenAI — receives your brief text and returns generated images and captions. Subject to OpenAI's API data-handling terms.
• Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, R2) — hosts the application and stores generated images.
• Neon — managed Postgres for account, post, and idea records.

TikTok tokens are kept until you disconnect, at which point they are revoked with TikTok's /v2/oauth/revoke/ endpoint and deleted from our database. Posts and generated images are retained until you archive or delete them. Operational logs roll off after 30 days.

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the Claristation Studio dashboard, which revokes the token and deletes the associated record. To request export or full deletion of your account data, email support@claristation.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Claristation Studio is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this policy when we change how data is handled. Material changes will be surfaced inside the dashboard before they take effect.
