Claristation Studio Terms of Service

By using Claristation Studio ("Claristation Studio", the "Service", or "Studio") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Claristation Studio is a marketing tool that helps you draft, illustrate, and publish posts to TikTok. It uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. You retain full ownership of any content you create through Claristation Studio. Posts published to TikTok are also subject to TikTok's own terms.

• You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service.
• You confirm you have the right to publish the content and that it complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy, and Music Usage Confirmation.
• You will not use the Service to publish illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content, or to evade TikTok's rate limits, audience controls, or moderation systems.

Claristation Studio uses generative-AI models to render images from your briefs. These images are published with TikTok's AI-generated content disclosure (AIGC label) enabled. You confirm your brief does not request copies of identifiable real people, copyrighted characters, or content that would violate the model provider's usage policies.

When you connect TikTok, you authorize Claristation Studio to call the TikTok API on your behalf for the scopes shown on the OAuth consent screen. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account inside Claristation Studio, which calls TikTok's token revoke endpoint and deletes the credentials from our database.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that publishes will succeed, that TikTok rate limits will tolerate your usage, or that the Service will be available at any given moment. We're not responsible for content moderation decisions made by TikTok.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, which for most users is zero.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks Claristation Studio's good standing with TikTok or with any other third-party provider.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be surfaced inside the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
